Why did World Net Daily forget to report that the Supreme Court rejected Philip Berg's request?

They rejected it because he does not have a case. That's the last chapter. If you have been following the story on other sources as well as world net, you would know that Berg's case has been rejected several times by other courts because he does not have a case. His evidence is not substantial at all. It's based on a theory that can not be proved. So why on earth would the supreme court hear his case?
