What happened to Obama's aunt?

I like Obama and his wife Michelle, and I am happy he will be our president. But, I heard Obama's aunt has been living in the U.S illegally and she's been living in public housing, which is for U.S. citizens and low incomes. I was wondering if she is getting medi-cal benefits too? Are Obama's African family going to take advantage of him?
