Samsung DLP on the fritz...please help?

The lamp could be going out, or if you have the black looking one there is a minor repair. They both involve checking the lamp. Pull the cover off of the lamp and check to see if there are any deformities ie. white spots near the bottom of the stem. The second is the lamp switch cover might be down inside of up. When you put the cover back on make sure the little switch is going up instead of down. If the lamp looks good and the switch trick does not do the trick then you will need to contact the service company.
