A male with a urinary tract infection?

For the past week, I have had the urge to pee every hour or so, sometimes multiple times an hour at night. It burns mildly afterwords. Sometimes only a little bit of pee comes out, yet I feel like I have to go so bad! I am a male. Could I have a urinary tract infection?? AZO pills helped the urgency and burn, but when I stopped taking them, it was back to the same ol. I am a healthy 19 yr old.
