How common is Lacto-ovo Vegetarianism compared to Lacto Vegetarianism and Ovo Vegetarianism?

Lacto-Ovo is the most common..but generally people don't go around saying "I'm a lacto-ovo vegetarian". The term "vegetarian" is just fine to use.
