Anyone know what Arby's puts into their chicken wraps?

I have to start watching my cholesterol (thanks Doc) and i'm craving chicken wraps. I love the Arby's ones, but can't go out to eat. So.....anyone have any ideas for a good, healthy wrap that has a bit of spice mixed with a touch of sweet?
