Where is Dominic Sandoval "D-Trix" From?

Despite what everyone thinks, he IS asian. I'm not sure what exactly he is, but I'm pretty sure it's Filipino, from the looks of it. If not, he's probably a mix of stuff. He's definately not full, hence his last name "Sandoval" (presumably Mexican) but he most likely is Filipino.
