Sodium dodecyl sulfate toxicity?

HI, SO I made diluted SDS, but I had to use 95% SDS to make it. I never took any precaution, I didn't wear gloves or mask.. and I may have breathed it in.. Am I in harm, would I know it by not feeling good or is it hidden? please help
