7 weeks pregnant, how do I tell my ex when we aren't speaking to each other?

I know you probably don't want to do it this way, but if he's avoiding you completely, it may be best to just email him about it. It would also give him time to think about it if he's not talking to you. He has to know somehow, and he has to be an adult about it.
