Can a single (divorced) woman get ovulation induction/IFV treatment if she is unwed but, has partner?

My partner & I suffered miscarriage over 2yrs. He is a contractor that doesn't have health insurance but, more like a clinical health plan that does not cover male infertility treatments. I am insured and go for HSG testing on Friday. Will I be able to get treatment on my own or do we both have to participate? I believe I need help regulating my cycles so that we can plan conception together.
