Why is it wrong for SNL to make fun of Democrats?

I see nothing wrong with it at all, and I'm a Democrat. SNL has been making fun of politicians from both parties for decades. I can say that with some authority since I've been watching it since its beginnings. Yes, I am older than dirt lol. They were merciless in making fun of the Clintons, Jimmy Carter, Teddy Kennedy, etc. If Democrats have a problem with it now they need to chill out. SNL does not discriminate when it comes to making fun of politicians, they never have.
