I like this Girl who likes one of my friends what should i do?

I like this girl that my friend likes and she likes him back but she and him would never do anyhing because tey both have Strict parents (im a freshmen). And The girl flirts sometimes and we talk alot on the phone and text a bunch. and she wants me to come over to her house alot over the summer but shes not the typical girl that invites guys to her house in a friend way, because the only guy she invited over ever was the one she actuall likes and now she invited me. I reallllly like her and i dont know what to do. I know i could take it farther than they would but what do you think i should do? And i dont think i should tell her how i feel scuz it would ruoin the friendship so what shoould i do
